Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse S/R Clerk to support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for managing shipping and receiving activities, maintaining accurate inventory records, operating forklifts and cranes, and handling communication with vendors and customers. Strong computer and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments of raw materials and components

Prepare and package outbound shipments according to customer specifications

Enter and maintain accurate inventory data in warehouse management systems

Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely to move materials and products

Communicate with vendors and freight carriers regarding deliveries and pickups

Assist in scheduling shipments and tracking orders to ensure timely fulfillment

Perform cycle counts and support inventory audits

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Collaborate with production, purchasing, and customer service teams

Follow all safety protocols and company policiesRequirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

1â 3 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

Proficient computer skills (MS Office, inventory software, ERP systems)

Forklift and overhead crane operation experience (certification a plus)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
