Your Role

Drive Sales Growth – Sell BPI’s full product line to lumber dealers, co-ops, and distribution channels.

Build Strong Relationships – Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with current and prospective customers.

Expand Market Presence – Identify new business opportunities to increase revenue.

Strategic Selling – Work with management and inside sales teams to develop pricing, product, and program strategies.

Stay Ahead of the Market – Gather competitive insights on pricing, products, logistics, and industry trends.

Customer-Centric Approach – Provide exceptional service, address customer concerns, and educate clients on new and existing products.

Frequent Travel – Expect 50-70% travel within the territory to meet customers and grow the business.

What We’re Looking For

Sales Experience – Proven success in sales, preferably in building materials (3-5 years preferred).

Go-Getter Attitude – Passionate about sales, eager to develop new business and meet new customers.

Negotiation & Closing Skills – Ability to create value for customers and close deals effectively.

Customer Service Excellence – Professional, friendly, and solutions-oriented.

Self-Motivated & Organized – Can prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Tech-Savvy & Analytical – Comfortable using technology and data to drive decisions.

Team-Oriented & Independent – Work independently while collaborating with the inside sales team.
