Operates building heating, ventilation and air conditioning units to maintain desired climate control and proper equipment operation.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

Trade School : in HVAC, plumbing or electrical (Required)

Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience

2 Years experience in building mechanical operations (Required)

General Experience and knowledge of applicable fire codes and DOH LS / TJC standards (Required)

License/Certifications

DRIVER - Drivers License (Required)
