What We're Looking For

Must Haves:

Genuine passion for fitness and community

Love for Phoenix and knowledge of its neighborhoods

Natural people skills and authentic enthusiasm

Self-motivation and ability to manage your time

Reliable transportation to get around the city

Comfort with a flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends when the best events happen!)

Social media savvy and ability to create engaging content

Experience with Instagram and understanding of what makes content shareable

Desire to learn and grow in a sales role

Bonus Points:

Existing connections in Phoenix's fitness world

Experience teaching, training, or participating in fitness communities

Previous sales, business development, or community-building experience

Social media content creation experience or photography skills

Familiarity with CRM systems

Understanding of how tech platforms work
