The Role:

The Bartender mixes and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, suggests and relates knowledge of the craft beer/craft liquor trends and products.

Responsibilities:

Take orders from customers or Cocktail Waitress.

Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, bitters, etc. to prepare cocktails and other drinks.

Serves wine and draft beer or bottled beer.

Collects money for drinks served.

Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies.

Arranges bottles and glasses to provide a neat and attractive display.

Slices and pits fruits for garnish.

Follows all point-of-sale procedures.

Balances cash drawer.

Must have ability to pour a high volume of drinks.

Must be knowledgeable about craft beers, craft liquors and craft beer/liquor trends and be able to relate that knowledge to the consumer.

Target Salary Range: $12/hr
