We are seeking anâ Oracleâ Business Analystâ - Order to Cashâ that will report directly to theâ Manager of Oracleâ Services. This opportunity is a remote position but business travel, including international, is required (25%).â â

The Oracle Business Analyst will play a critical role in documenting and understanding existing business processes, makingâ improvements,â and deployingâ Oracleâ based solution(s). This candidate must be able to facilitate business process review sessions with our stakeholders, document processes,â build business requirementsâ and design solutions.â Theâ Oracleâ Business Analyst will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders. Being results-focused, tenacious and a problem solver is a must for this role.â The candidate will need to demonstrate experience researching, understanding, and applying knowledge ofâ Oracleâ capabilities/functionalityâ to business needs within a global organization.â

Jobâ Summaryâ â â

Theâ Oracleâ Business Analystâ - Order to Cashâ worksâ in close partnership withâ theâ Manager of Oracle Services,â Business Analysts,â Systems Analysts, Business Process Owners, Developers, and End Users, to optimize and automateâ supply chain,â manufacturing,â and commercialâ business processesâ specific to the Oracle application. The position plays a critical role in identifying opportunities to add business value, pursueâ improved orâ newâ technologyâ functionality, andâ drive the maximum level of standardization ofâ business processes andâ technology across the entire corporation.â This position plans, designs,â tests, and deploys efficient information systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. This includes developing business cases, gathering detailed business and systems requirements and user stories/journeys. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.â

The primary focus of this position is order management, with a good understanding of finance modules. Detailed below are the subject areas of expertise:

Responsibilities:â

Understand,â document,â andâ analyze the current state of the business processes.â

Use knowledge of best practices and functional expertise to drive change in the organization through technology and business process redesign, maximizing the return on investment of ourâ Oracleâ Application.â

Understand, validate, and document business needs, distinguish between needs and wants, identify gaps between business needs and standard Salesforce functionality, design specification for developers as appropriate.â

As project assignments allow, participate in the support/analysis/resolution of critical production application issues to protect end users' ability to run the business.â

Actively participate in all phases of the Softwareâ Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Change Control processes, including requirements gathering and translation, analysis, documentation of functional and technical design specifications, solution design, development oversight, testing/Conference Room Pilots, sign-off, training, and implementation.â

Develop, document, and fully execute test plans to assess the integrity and accuracy of business processes, module functionality setups and modifications, enhancements/customizations, and patches.â

Manageâ assigned project/enhancementsâ using Service Now ITBM.â

Identify/document tasks/deliverables, create project schedules, assign tasks, perform project oversight, and provide project status.â

Work with management/team members/users to ensure project stays on schedule and negotiate/adjust resources and priorities.â

Develop and maintain end user training documentation and deliver training/demos/presentations as requiredâ

Develop and maintain business process documentation in flowchart and narrative form as necessary to support compliance (External Audit, JSOX, International Trade)â

Help to establish team priorities based on statutory requirements, financial impact, and operational impact to the businessâ

Adhere to and promote the environmental, health & safety policies of AFLâ

Perform other duties as requested,â directedâ or assignedâ

Requirements:â â

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering from an accredited college or university.â

7+ years’ experience as an Oracleâ businessâ analystâ â (Supportingâ Oracle EBSâ Versions 11i, 12).â

2+â of planning skills thatâ includeâ project coordination and management, planning and scheduling, time management and the ability to handle multiple deadlines.â

Thorough knowledge of business processes as they relate toâ assigned area of focusâ in a diverse manufacturing organization.â â

Strong process orientation with proven experience in business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and methodology-based implementation.â

Strong business acumen: Establish and maintain effective relationships, develop business cases and ROI’s for solution design proposals.â

Results-focused, tenacious, multi-tasking problem solver, capable of complex thinking and analysis.â

Proven ability to research, understand, and apply knowledge ofâ the Oracleâ Application to business needs within the organization.â

Ability to train and provide support toâ users as required.â
