Shoreside Guest Service Associate will create magic for our Guests before they arrive for their experience and their stay! They answer both Cast, Guest, and Business Partner questions through multiple sources of communication. The Associates will assist with Guest and Partner customer concerns and will research and provide guest service resolution to situations that are related to reservations and experiences with our services.
As a Shoreside Guest Service Associate, you will attend a paid required training class where you will participate in multiple performance assessments.
This position is located in Celebration, FL where you will be working on-site and from home; based on operational needs. Required when working on-site and from home is a cell phone for two factor authentication. Required when working from home is a functional private workspace with high-speed internet.

Knowledge of The Disney Cruise Line and Adventures by Disney
Experience in a Call Center environment
Prior Disney, travel industry, cruise industry or related field
Prior experience in luxury travel industry or personalized concierge planning, and/or other confirmed experience working with concierge Guests
Provide comprehensive information about Disney Cruise Line and Adventures & Expeditions using numerous software applications
Develop relationships with Guests and Cast Members from all lines of business to provide excellent support to our Guests & Cast
Navigate between multiple and concurrent computer applications including phone, chat, and email
Meet required departmental metric expectations including productivity goals
Creatively find solutions to Guests' requests to improve their vacation experience
Maintain confidentiality
Complete all required Company training and compliance courses as assigned
Flexible with work schedule, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
