Company Description

Work With Us

Kittitas Valley Healthcare is an independent, rural healthcare organization made up of 23 clinics, specialty services, and a critical access hospital. We provide care across the spectrum of life, from prenatal and birthing services to palliative and hospice care.

Our clinics are NHSC approved and while we are committed to providing our community with the latest care techniques and technologies, we recognize that our staff, more than 800 strong, is what truly sets us apart as a caring, nurturing, and ultimately healing entity.

What you can expect…

Work-life balance is important to us, so you'll enjoy a 4-day work week. We value your mental wellbeing as much as your skills to perform the job and therefore offer a competitive PTO plan, benefits package, as well as a 7% employer contribution pension plan. When you’re away from the office we want you to be able to enjoy this beautiful setting. Commute to work by mountain bike. Hike in the wilderness on your day off. And belong to a welcoming, beautiful community.
