Responsibilities
Meet or exceed dealership objectives or goals
Works with the customer to find concerns to repair vehicles
Explain mechanical diagnosis and repairs in a non-technical manner to customers
Continually learn new technical information and techniques to adapt to changing environment
Handle telephone inquiries for schedule and work in process, as well as customer concerns
Qualifications
Ability to complete assigned tasks
Self-starter with ability to work well as part of a team or independently
Positive attitude and can-do mentality
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Pass drug test
Organized and has functional computer skills
X-Time experience preferred
