This full-time role offers a Monday – Friday work schedule, with a chance to make a real impact on the Cooperative's operations and service to our members.

What You'll Do:

As a Meter & Apparatus Technician, you'll play a crucial role in the heart of our operation. You'll assist with:

Installation, programming, testing, and maintenance of electrical apparatus, metering, and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) equipment.

Troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment, ensuring smooth operations and uninterrupted service.

Monitoring, analyzing, and investigating data to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact our members.

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, candidates should bring:

An Associate's degree in electrical technology or a related field (related job experience may substitute for part of the educational requirements).

Previous electric utility experience is a plus!

Journeyman Electrician's license is preferred.

A commitment to outstanding customer service and strong communication skills (both oral and written).

Ability to apply electric utility terminology, specifications, and codes with precision.
