What You’ll Do:
As a Strategic Business Analyst, you’ll serve as a key advisor behind the scenes, translating high-volume, multi-source client data into strategic, actionable insights. Training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze complex contracts and financial data from major distributors.
Build and present advanced analytical reports, including:
Lease Profitability Models
Cash Flow Forecasts
Cost Analyses
ROI and Breakeven Analyses
Risk and Sensitivity Models
Budget Variance Dashboards
Work with Excel and Access to organize, model, and validate large datasets with high accuracy.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client teams via virtual meetings and calls.
Recommend process and reporting enhancements through modern tools, including AI-based automation.
What You Bring
Strong analytical thinking: You love solving complex problems with data and financial logic.
Advanced Excel proficiency: Confident with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas, and data visualization.
Experience extracting insights from contracts: Ideal for those familiar with legal or financial document analysis.
Tech-forward thinking: Able to adopt and apply AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Power Query, Microsoft CoPilot, macros) to increase reporting speed and accuracy.
Precision and autonomy: Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage your own workstreams.
Backgrounds welcomed: Finance, accounting, legal support, operations, data analysis, or business services.
Compensation & Perks
Base Salary: $65,000 – $80,000, depending on experience
Bonus: Performance-based, tied to individual and company success
