Job Summary

We are seeking a BCBA to lead our Lake County team! In this role, you will lead the area as you conduct assessments, provide individual therapy, create individualized treatment plans and supervise RBT's. The position is mainly in school, with a clinic coming in the future. We believe in providing quality ABA therapy, and education to the families we serve. Responsibilities

Perform intakes and assessments

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of sessions

Perform regular supervision of RBT's

Adhere to all facility and BACB standards and ethics

Qualifications

Master's degree in counseling, behavior analysis or similar field

Current and unrestricted certification from the BACB

Previous experience as a BCBA preferred

Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized
