Job Title: SAP Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: Seattle, WA [Onsite]

We are looking for a skilled SAP Techno-Functional Consultant to bridge the gap between technical development and functional business processes. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and SAP developers to deliver effective SAP solutions that align with organizational goals. You will be expected to configure, customize, and support SAP modules while also managing technical enhancements and integrations.

Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

Configure and customize SAP modules (e.g., FICO, SD, MM, PP, HCM, etc.) based on client needs.

Develop and enhance custom programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW) in coordination with ABAP developers.

Support end-to-end SAP implementation and upgrade projects, including testing, training, and go-live support.

Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues across SAP systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other enterprise applications.

Participate in change management, documentation, and user training activities.

Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements and SAP best practices.Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant in one or more SAP modules.

Hands-on experience with SAP configuration and customization.

Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming concepts and ability to debug code.

Experience with SAP integration technologies (e.g., IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, PI/PO, CPI).

Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP HANA, or S/4HANA environments.

Proficiency in writing functional and technical design documents.

Good understanding of business processes and workflows within the relevant module.
