AHRC NYC is holding a HIRING EVENT with ON THE SPOT JOB OFFERS! for Multiple positions in their STATEN ISLAND Residences.
DATE & TIME: WEDNESDAY JUNE 4TH from 10AM-1PM
LOCATION: Recruiter will provide specific address for qualified candidates.
POSITIONS TO BE FILLED: All positions include full Benefit Package
1. RESIDENTIAL MANAGER: Salary $64,500
Qualifications
Experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) Required.
Experience as a supervisor in a residential setting Preferred.
Knowledge of OPWDD regulations, Required.
Valid NYS or Tri- state drivers license for more than one year is Required
Must be willing to work flexible schedule including one day of each weekend.
2. RESIDENTIAL ASSISTANT MANAGERS: Salary $43,000 per year plus overtime when warranted and an additional $750.00 per year bonus if driving is required and upon completion and passing of AHRC NYC Defensive Driving class.
Qualifications
Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Required.
Experience supervising staff in a residential setting preferred not required.
Knowledge of OPWDD regulations, Required.
Valid New York or Tri-State drivers license for more than one year in good standing, Required.
3. Direct Support Professional: Hire-In Pay Rate $17 per hour increase to $18 per hour after 6 months if in good standing.
Schedule: 3pm-11pm or 2pm-10pm SHIFT
Qualifications
Must be willing to work weekends.
Valid NY or Tri-State drivers license for more than one year, in good standing
Personal or Professional experience supporting People with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) preferred.
Professionalism; integrity; excellent communication skills. Patience is a MUST!
