We are currently seeking a House Manager to lead daily operations in one of our residential group homes in Grand Forks, ND. This is a full-time leadership role for someone passionate about high-quality care, strong team development, and regulatory excellence.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day home operations, including care services, household tasks, and documentation

• Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals (Care Managers)

• Ensure compliance with ND DHHS Developmental Disabilities Division regulations

• Oversee implementation of ISPs and behavioral/health supports

• Maintain accurate Medication Administration Records (MARs)

• Communicate with guardians, case managers, and medical providers

• Manage household budgets and maintain financial records

• Conduct regular audits for safety, cleanliness, and compliance

? Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field preferred

• 2+ years of experience in residential/group home or long-term care setting

• 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership position

• Working knowledge of North Dakota Administrative Code and person-centered care principles

• Valid ND driver's license and clean driving record

• Ability to pass a North Dakota background check

• Current CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certification (or willingness to obtain)
