Sigma Defense is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to script, document, advise, and assist in deploying multiple applications into an Azure environment for the DoD. The candidate should be knowledgeable in executing Infrastructure as Code across multiple environments. Capable of working in a diverse team of professionals from different expertise.
The ideal candidate is willing to work in a hybrid workforce; remote and on-site to facilitate deployments of the application into various classifications, building tools and automation to assure those applications are operating as expected in each classification.

Requirements
5-8+ years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience managing software version control and software source code.
Demonstrated experience developing software using an agile framework.
Personnel Clearance Level:
Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active TS/SCI security clearance.
Clearance will be sponsored for the right candidate.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology or related field of study is preferred.
Mandatory Certifications:
DoD IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE).

Essential Job Duties (not all inclusive):
Design, develop and improve the integration and deployment of infrastructure and applications.
Perform technical support to the team and assist in developing security protocols.
Utilize DevOps tools to ensure the code compiles and passes any tests.
Assist the team with upgrades and patches of the infrastructure and applications.
Participate in conversations about improving scalability and reliability of the overall system.
Salary Range: $130,000 - $155,000 annually.
