Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist with a passion for excellence in patient care, leadership, and mentoring PTAs. This role involves providing high-quality rehabilitation services, maintaining strong referral relationships, and improving the quality of life for individuals in the community.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive physical therapy programs for optimal patient care.

Conduct evaluations, assessments, care planning, and treatment across various clinical diagnoses.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Provide education and consultation to patients, families, and healthcare providers regarding treatment plans.

Stay current with therapy techniques and certifications, ensuring compliance with APTA standards, state practice laws, and clinic policies.

Maintain detailed documentation for billing, regulatory compliance, and certification requirements.

Support continuous quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the clinic's Quality Assurance Plan.

Maintain professional licensure and work collaboratively within the healthcare system and broader community. Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Minimum five (5) years of rehabilitation experience.

Valid state licensure in Physical Therapy (California preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional training or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Benefits & Compensation:

Sign-On Bonus: $4,000

Relocation Assistance: $6,500
