Summary

Seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to evaluate, treat, and support patients in regaining independence and function. This role includes supervising OT Assistants and Rehab Techs, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients per physician referral

Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans

Supervise OT Assistants and Rehab Techs

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Educate patients and caregivers

Participate in care planning and team meetings

Ensure compliance with state and national standards

Travel between facilities as needed Qualifications

Degree from an accredited OT program

Current state OT license

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to meet physical demands of the role

Compliance with health and safety regulations
