Description
Oversee and manage the company's property portfolio primarily in the Tri-State area.
Implement strategies to improve property performance and profitability
Coordinate with property management teams to ensure smooth operations
Conduct regular asset reviews and report findings to the upper management
Ensure compliance with all property-related regulations and laws
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and investors
Oversee risk management and contingency planning
Stay informed about market trends and industry changes

Profile
A successful VP of Asset Management should have:
Will have robust LIHTC, Affordable Housing experience - ESSENTIAL.
Strong leadership skill and an entrepreneurial mindset and approach to the job.
Extensive knowledge in property management and real estate market
Strong understanding of investment strategies and risk management
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Job Offer
