Central Vermont hospice home care agency in need of an experienced Hospice RN Experience with hospice case management required Experience providing hospice care in a home setting required. Prior experience with rural travel preferred. Experience with McKesson/Netsmart EMR preferred.

Shift: Sunday-Thursday (M-F first week to facilitate orientation)

Sub Specialties: Care Manager, Hospice RN General Certifications: General Certifications(BLS/BCLS)
