Agency MUST have an active NH agency license Submission Requirements

2 years current/recent Endoscopy Experience

Procedural sedation experience

CGRN certificate - strongly preferred

2 separate supervisory facility references at submittal & MUST from within last 3 years of employment.

Agency MUST have an active NH agency license

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

7 year work history/resume listing out Agency travel contract (with names) and FTE employment (7 year BGC and EMPV onboarding requirement)
