Must have at least 2 years of experience

Must have an unexpired license/certification for the state

Must have an active BLS card issued by AHA (American Heart Association)

Is the candidate aware of the oral swab for THC metabolites on day 1?

EPIC experience needed, Pyxis experience preferred.

• 1 year experience in hospital/similar acute care pharmacy setting preferred

• Completion of PGY 1 residency or equivalent experience preferred

California state Pharmacist License needed

Shift: 10H Day - 06:00AM - 4:30PM or 7:30AM - 6:00PM
