We are currently hiring a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Manager-Long Term-Care for a respected senior living community in Houston, TX. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who is passionate about healthcare finance and ready to make a direct impact on operations, compliance, and resident satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Oversee billing, accounts receivable, and collection activities for the facility
Supervise business office personnel involved in billing and collections
Drive performance toward financial goals including AR and cash collections
Collaborate with department heads to ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies
May also oversee accounts payable and payroll functions
Serve as a point of communication for resident financial matters, supporting both internal teams and external partners
Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 2 years of RECENT experience in third-party billing and reimbursement, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
Background in skilled nursing, skilled rehabilitation, or long-term care (LTC) required
Proficient with Epic EMR system
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Solid understanding of financial processes in a healthcare setting
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, hospice collections, and month-end closing
Excellent attention to detail, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Proven ability to build positive working relationships across clinical and administrative teams
