Director of Flight Operations

We're looking for a Director of Flight Operations to lead our team in delivering operational excellence across safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do:

Lead and mentor the Flight Operations team to achieve safety, reliability, and service goals.

Ensure operational efficiency while upholding top-tier safety standards.

Set strategic direction for procedures and regulatory compliance.

Drive productivity through effective operational practices.

Manage assets to support performance and enhance customer experience.

What You’ll Need:

Airline Transport Pilot certificate with 2+ years in a leadership role.

Bachelor’s degree and 14 CFR Part 121 operational qualifications.

Meet CFR 119.67(a) requirements for Director of Operations.

5-8 years of pilot experience, including 3+ years as PIC under Part 135 or 121.

Airline management or instructor experience.

Strong technical writing skills.

Deep knowledge of FAA regulations and safety standards.

Fluent in English and authorized to work in the U.S.
