Principal SAP SD Consultant

We are currently searching for a Principal SAP SD Consultant:

Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of process and technology solutions for Sales, Distribution, and Logistics Execution functions.

Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including rollouts and support engagements.

Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.

Contribute to pre-sales efforts through solution design, PoCs, and client presentations.

Provide mentorship to junior SAP SD team members.

Build assets and accelerators within SAP.

Adapt quickly to new environments and continuously develop relevant skills.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of domain experience and over 10 years of SAP experience.

Proven track record with at least 3 end-to-end implementations, including S/4HANA conversion projects.

Strong knowledge of sales, distribution, logistics, and shipment processes.

Experience with custom RICEFW objects and writing functional specifications and test scripts.

Familiarity with S/4HANA functionalities such as BP, AATP, and BOP.

Understanding of SAP integration with MM, FICO, PP, and PS modules.

Proficiency in handling complex configuration scenarios and cutover tasks.

Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to suggest solutions aligned with business needs.

Experience with Activate methodology or other client-specific methodologies.

Background in industries such as Automotive, Life Sciences, High-Tech Manufacturing, or Chemicals.

Desired:

SAP certification.

Experience in at least two industries (e.g., CPG, Automotive, Life Sciences, Chemicals).

Languages:

Advanced Oral English.

Native Spanish.

Notes:

Hybrid: 3 days per week on-site in Monterrey.
