As a Loan Origination Specialist within the Wholesale Loan Services team, you will coordinate post-approval activities with Credit Risk Officers, Bankers, and other areas of our team. Your role is crucial in ensuring all loans are closed and funded to meet our client’s expectations, thereby ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain an individual pipeline of active commercial loans.

Collect and review legal loan documentation for operational feasibility, optimal execution mechanics, regulatory requirements, and mitigation of operational risk.

Review and advise on funding mechanics and operational requirements relating to products, processes, and policies.

Coordinate the flow of post-approval tasks from mandate to booking.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to multi-task through the practice of strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

College degree or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in commercial loan products and documentation.
