The Scrum Master serves as a Servant-Leader to the Agile team, facilitating collaboration, removing impediments, and fostering continuous improvement. This role focuses on enabling team success by promoting self-management and implementing effective ways of working. The Scrum Master collaborates across Business and Technology teams, mentoring and coaching on Agile principles and practices.Key Responsibilities

Leadership:

Act as a servant-leader to the Agile team, ensuring productivity and removing impediments.

Empower teams to self-organize and maintain accountability.

Protect the team from external distractions and interference.

Lead by example, upholding Scrum principles and practices.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) to ensure their effectiveness.

Ensure delivery of work that meets the Definition of Done.

Coaching:

Mentor team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices.

Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable insights.

Foster collaboration and a culture of learning within the team. Certifications
