Qualifications:
Valid Virginia Teaching License with endorsement in School Psychology
Masters or doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
Strong assessment and intervention skills
Experience working with K-12 students, educators, and parents
Excellent munication and collaboration abilities
Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to support student needs
Develop and implement appropriate interventions based on assessment results
Provide training and resources to staff and parents regarding mental health and educational strategies
Participate in multidisciplinary teams and attend school meetings as required
Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation
Support crisis intervention and provide guidance to the school munity
