Job Title: Shipping Material Handler

Job Description

Facilitate the efficient and accurate shipping of finished product. The Shipping Material Handler is an integral part of the production team and is required to have comprehensive knowledge about the material and understand the manufacturing workflow. Employee will be hands-on in the preparation, packaging, and load-out of completed product.

Responsibilities

Prepare, package, and load completed products for shipment.

Handle materials efficiently and accurately.

Maintain inventory, picking, packing, and loading processes.

Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines.Essential Skills

Material handling expertise.

Experience in construction, warehouse, or manufacturing settings.

Ability to lift, push, and pull 70 pounds throughout the workday.

Full range of mobility in upper and lower body, including overhead reach.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous shipping and/or receiving experience is a plus.

Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to track, retain, and integrate information.

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.

Ability to interface confidently with all levels of company organization.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, Washington.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
