Job Summary

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for preparing orders for shipment by ensuring products are packed accurately, safely, and in accordance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements. This role supports warehouse operations including inventory handling, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Receives packing orders andpacks product by ensuring the correct packing configuration, correct labels,correct documentation, and correct container/carton have been applied/used percustomer specifications.

Verify product specifications match customers request on can and box label,including, revisions, date of manufacture, date of expiration and storage temp.

· Mark and label hazardousmaterial boxes per the regulations of DOT, IATA and IMDG. Record packing logsfor number of orders and box counts, record weights and total liter volume onDelivery Orders.

· Assist in the operation of thecase packer by loading gallon cans on the conveyor, labeling boxes, packingquarts cans or stacking boxes to achieve the Standard run rates.

· May use hand-powered trucks orsimilar powered vehicles.

· Maintain safe and clean workarea through use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and disciplined dailywork ethic.

· Load and unload trucks asneeded.

· Consolidation and organizationof the warehouses and outside storage areas

· Participates and contributes toHealth & Safety, Security, and Environmental activities (SAFE meetings, BBSobserver, HS&E training, housekeeping, & 5S).

· Follows operating proceduresfor proper inventory, handling, and staging of material.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Capable of standing or walking for extended periods.

Able to lift up to 55 lbs and push/pull 55-gallon drums (up to 600 lbs).

Must be capable of wearing a respirator and other safety equipment as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or shipping environments.

Knowledge of hazardous materials handling and labeling standards.

Familiarity with basic warehouse software or inventory systems.

Certifications (if any)

Not required, but forklift certification is a plus.
