Responsibilities:
Provide psychological assessments and develop appropriate intervention plans for students.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other mental health professionals to support student needs.
Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, promoting students' emotional and academic well-being.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Implement programs and strategies to address behavioral and emotional issues.
Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation as required by state regulations.
