Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Property Administrator to manage and oversee multiple properties across various states. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational abilities and a background in office management or property administration. The position is fully on-site in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and offers a flexible Monday-to-Friday schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations for a portfolio of 7-9 properties across multiple states.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
• Handle payroll processing and month-end closing tasks.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using software like QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Monitor property budgets and assist in financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with construction and property management standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and issue resolution.
• Support administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Proven experience in bookkeeping, office management, or property administration.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software.
• Strong skills in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with construction or property management industries is preferred.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy.
