Responsibilities:

Provide individual counseling to a caseload of four students, addressing their unique educational and emotional needs

Offer general counseling support to the entire school site, promoting overall student well-being

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create supportive learning environments

Develop and implement comprehensive counseling strategies

Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions

Organize and facilitate workshops on relevant topics for students and staff
