Location: Stratford, CT

Soliant Education is hiring a certified Sign Language Interpreter for a full-time, onsite position in Stratford, CT for the uping 2025-2026 school year. This role supports one elementary student and requires a strong interpreter with the ability to work in a school setting.

Position Details:

Full-time 32.5 hours per week

Onsite 1:1 interpreting with an elementary student

Contracted through Soliant Education

Full 2025-2026 school year

Responsibilities:

Deliver real-time interpreting in classroom and school environments

Facilitate munication between student and school staff

Ensure consistent access to educational materials

Collaborate with teaching teams and special education staff

Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards

Requirements:

Valid RID/NIC certification and/or EIPA score

Prior experience working in K-12 schools (preferred)

Proficient in American Sign Language

Strong munication and collaboration skills
