Treasury Manager

Job Description

Robert Half is recruiting a Treasury Manager / Consultant to support our private equity backed Healthcare client. The consultant will manage essential treasury functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Cash Positioning: Manage daily cash balances to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.

-Daily Cash Management: Ensure smooth fund movements and cash flow across the organization.

-Cash Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate forecasts, identifying shortfalls and surpluses for optimal cash deployment.

-Bank Account Management: Oversee corporate bank accounts and maintain cash movement oversight.

-Bank Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with banking partners to secure favorable terms and services.

Qualifications:

5+ years of treasury management experience.

Proficiency with NetSuite ( NetSuite experience is a must have)

Strong financial analysis and forecasting skills.

Excellent communication• Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management.

• Proficiency in NetSuite and other treasury-related tools.

• Strong skills in financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling.

• Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.

• Knowledge of cash flow management and daily cash activities.

• Experience in managing bank accounts and fostering banking relationships.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with healthcare industry operations is a plus.
