We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in Johnstown, CO. In this hybrid role, you will provide Tier 1 technical support to end users while actively contributing to the smooth operation of our IT systems. This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity that offers an engaging environment to enhance your skills and grow professionally.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver first-level technical support by diagnosing and resolving issues related to Microsoft applications and other software tools.
• Administer and maintain printers and manage ticketing systems to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
• Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of employees by configuring hardware and software as needed.
• Perform automated tasks, including laptop setup and deployment, with training provided as necessary.
• Adhere to and implement company security protocols, ensuring compliance and safeguarding of systems.
• Collaborate with team members to provide effective solutions and maintain a supportive workplace environment.• Proficiency in using Microsoft products, including Intune and other related applications.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and printer troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and workflows.
• Knowledge of security protocols and best practices in IT environments.
