Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive counseling services to students in accordance with their individual needs

Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrative staff to support student development and academic success

Develop tailored counseling plans and interventions for students, particularly in alternative education settings

Conduct assessments and evaluations to understand students' needs and progress

Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff on mental health and wellness

Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with legal and ethical standards
