Job Description

Minimum 1+ years special education experience required.

A unique opportunity is available for a dedicated professional to support elementary students in a specialized learning environment. This role focuses on providing tailored educational experiences for students with Developmental Cognitive Disabilities (DCD) and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) within a Federal Setting III classroom.

Location: Andover, MN

Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and small-group instruction aligned with IEP goals.

Collaborate with families and related service providers to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs.

Create and maintain a positive, structured classroom environment that promotes student engagement and learning.

Qualifications:

Valid Minnesota teaching license in Special Education, with a preference for ASD and/or DCD endorsements.

Experience working in specialized educational settings, particularly with elementary-aged students.

Strong munication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and staff.
