Join our dynamic custom machine shop as a Machinist, where you will be responsible for CNC mill set-up, operation, changeover, and troubleshooting. You will work in an environment that focuses on producing a variety of parts rather than high-volume production, allowing you to exercise your expertise in CNC machine operations and programming.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC mills with an average of 3 changeovers per day.

Edit basic CNC programs to ensure efficient machine operations.

Order and select proper tooling according to machine specifications.

Perform troubleshooting and make necessary machine edits.

Run CNC machines effectively to produce high-quality custom parts.Essential Skills

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Machinist, not just an operator.

Proficiency in multiple set-ups per day and selecting own tools.

Ability to edit CNC machines and programs.

Experience with CNC mill set-up, operation, changeover, and troubleshooting.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SAN ANTONIO, Texas.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00/hr.
