Assembly Operator - Manufacturing - Multiple Shifts Available!

Multiple Shifts & Competitive Pay:

1st Shift Clean Room: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM - $17.50 per hour

2nd Shift General Assembly: Monday - Thursday, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM - $19.00 per hour (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)

2nd Shift Clean Room: Monday - Thursday, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM - $19.00 per hour (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)

2nd Shift Finishing Tech: Monday - Thursday, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM - $19.00 per hour (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)

Job Summary:

As an Assembly Operator, you will be crucial in the production of our high-quality quick-release couplings. This role demands strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and the ability to contribute effectively both individually and within a team.

Responsibilities:

Assemble quick-release couplings accurately according to detailed work instructions.

Operate all assembly equipment safely and efficiently.

Package completed assemblies carefully for shipment, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation.

Verify the proper function of products through thorough visual inspection and testing procedures.

Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing production processes and product quality.

Adhere strictly to all quality standards to ensure all products meet required specifications.

Follow standard work procedures and work instructions with precision.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.

Frequently lift and move materials weighing between 15-35 lbs; occasionally lift and move materials up to 40 lbs.

Stand for extended periods of time during the shift.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Strong attention to detail and proficient visual inspection skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.
