Minimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.

Location: Lake Placid, FL

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine student needs.

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents.

Provide counseling and therapeutic services to students, fostering their emotional and psychological well-being.

Collaborate with school staff to create a supportive learning environment tailored to students' mental health.

Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Participate in interdisciplinary teams to address holistic student needs.

Qualifications:

Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.

Valid school psychologist certification or license.

Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in assessment and intervention.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
