We’re currently seeking a full-time Lending Analyst to join our Homeownership Division at our mission-driven organization.
As a Lending Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in the mortgage loan process, ensuring that each loan aligns with our commitment to responsible lending and community support. In this role, you will:
Review loan files to ensure compliance with New Hampshire Housing, agency and insurer requirements and compliance. Collaborate with participating lenders to clear loan conditions and obtain missing documentation necessary to clear loans for purchase.
Review the loan pipeline and monitor loans approaching expiration date. This involves proactive communication with participating lenders to monitor loan status.
Deliver whole loan mortgage loans to the appropriate agency through whole loan delivery. Coordinate with division staff when loan delivery is complete for submission of collateral documents.
Oversee, manage, and disburse rehabilitation escrow account funds and the close out of the escrow account as required by insurer.
Originate, underwrite, and make recommendations for either approval or rejection of special initiative loan programs, assumptions and grant programs.
For training purposes, the first six months of work will be in the office. Intermittent remote work available after that time.
Your experience, skills, and education should include:
Demonstrated knowledge of all eligibility and underwriting requirements.
Strong knowledge of, and compliance with laws, regulations, and best practices related to mortgage lending.
Experience with Encompass preferred.
Experience with Microsoft 365 suite.
Education: three to five years relevant work experience
