We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our office employees, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include greeting clients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and writing correspondence. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
We are looking for a part-time administrative assistant to help with the clients that are being seen after 5pm. The hours would be 4:45pm-8pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Responsibilities
Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
Manage calendars and schedule appointments
Greet clients and answer phone calls
Provide administrative support
Assist with special projects as assignedRequirements
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position preferred
Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Strong written and communication skills
Ability to focus on task and perform job duties efficiently
