Java Developer - Actimize

7+ years of experience in Advanced Java Concepts.

8+ years experience in java development.

Actimize experience is a must have skill.

Ability to contribute to team and project success by developing innovative, reusable, and flexible solutions.

Strong attention to detail around business process design and process improvement.

Ability to identify customer changes to scope or other project issues and escalating that to management.

Candidate should be able to work on java, hibernate development and unit testing tasks, as assigned to him/her with minimum level of supervision.

Should be able to debug into any issues encountered, propose and deliver fixes in assigned time.

Manage mentor developers and get the assigned tasks completed within timelines.

Should adhere to the laid down software quality processes by the client.

Detailed design and development of applications and solution providing.

Guiding the team technically and detailed reviews of the solution.

Willingness and motivation to learn and adapt to different technologies.

Train new team members.
