3PL Warehouse Supervisor-Hazmat Experience Preferred

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and safety

Lead, train, and motivate associates to meet performance goals

Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, etc.) as needed

Ensure compliance with hazmat handling regulations and safety standards

Utilize warehouse management system and other computer systems for order processing, inventory control and reporting

Drive continuous improvement and see opportunities for growth

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of warehouse leadership experience (3PL preferred)

Hands-on approach-willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done

Hazmat knowledge/experience (certification a plus)

Strong computer skills (WMS, inventory systems, Microsoft Office)

Equipment operation experience (forklift, reach trucks, etc.)

A problem-solver with a growth mindset and leadership potential

Professional communication skills; verbal and written

Team player with Servant Leader characteristics

Able to lift up to 50lbs and adjust body to bend, push, pull, stretch, stand, stoop, squat and grab, walking and sitting for extended periods

Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays if needed
