As an Order Fulfillment Coordinator at Q LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately processed and fulfilled in a timely manner. This position requires strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for coordinating with the production and shipping teams, monitoring order flow, and ensuring timely communication with the internal team regarding orders.Key Responsibilities

Order Processing: Accurately process and coordinate customer orders, ensuring timely and complete fulfillment based on customer specifications and company procedures.

Shipping Coordination: Work closely with the shipping department to schedule and prioritize outgoing orders.

Coordination with Production: Collaborate with the production team to align fulfillment with manufacturing schedules and address any production-related delays.

Internal Communication: Provide timely updates to the Customer Service Representative and Sales Team regarding order status, delays, or changes.

Order Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize orders based on urgency, customer requirements, and available inventory.

Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory status, and communications in the order management system.

Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve order discrepancies or fulfillment issues quickly and efficiently.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; a background in manufacturing or business programs is highly desirable.

3-5 years of experience in order fulfillment, inventory coordination, or a related field.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with order management or ERP systems preferred.

Knowledge of the firearms industry is a plus.Benefits
