The Operational Experience (OXP) Systems Analyst – Legacy Performance plays a pivotal role in optimizing the performance of our core export operations system. You will collaborate closely with Performance Developers, QA Engineers, and Data Analysts to research, analyze, and guide enhancements to our Export application.
This role demands a technically savvy, solution-oriented professional with strong communication and facilitation skills. The ideal candidate excels at problem-solving, is proactive in identifying areas for improvement, and builds strong relationships across teams and stakeholders. You will leverage your business acumen, system analysis expertise, and critical thinking to clarify requirements and contribute to the development of high-quality, performant functionality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead analysis of complex system performance issues and application-level initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional teams to design, recommend, and support scalable, performance-driven solutions.
Conduct in-depth research and root cause analysis to drive resolution of system performance concerns.
Translate business and technical requirements into clear documentation, such as mapping specifications and solution design proposals.
Adapt and define analysis approaches while contributing to the evolution of best practices and methodologies.
Collaborate with Data Analysts to deliver comprehensive insights and diagnostics on performance-related issues.
Facilitate conversations between technical and business stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
This position is on-site and will reside in the greater Seattle, WA. area at one of the following locations depending on availability. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in Business or Systems Analysis, or equivalent experience in software development.
Proven ability to develop detailed technical documentation, including requirements and data mapping specifications.
Demonstrated ability to analyze how interconnected systems operate and influence each other to identify bugs and propose efficient resolutions.
Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Skilled in presenting complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences, including stakeholders and leadership.
Exceptional customer service mindset, with the ability to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
Solid understanding of database structures, data modeling, and data relationships.
Strong aptitude for quickly learning technical systems and business processes.
Familiarity with data and information management best practices.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in the transportation, logistics, or export operations industry.
Proficiency with Agile or Scrum development methodologies; SAFe familiarity or certification is a plus.
Ability to work through ambiguity and guide teams toward clarity, alignment, and consensus.
Results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through to completion.
Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Information
Expected base salary: $85,000 to $135,000
May be eligible for bonus following first year of continuous employment in position.
