Obtain and enter all demographic information for both the patient and their partner, (where applicable.)
Set up and explain portal use for patient/couple. Trouble shoot any issues patients are having with the portal
Assign all appropriate paperwork/consents to the portal
Verify eligibility and benefits within 24 hours of call
Upload benefit information to the portal, notify patient by text and follow up call.
Explain and answer all patient benefit questions
Enter appointments into eIVF and TEAMS accurately
Confirm new patient appointments
Ensure all documents are in place(registration/Insurance/pharmacy cards/licenses/photos and patient history complete) prior to their appointment
Verify insurance benefits every 6 months for existing patients.
Verify and enter new insurances for existing patients.
