Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Power Apps Developer to join our team. We're looking for a candidate with strong consulting skills and hands-on experience with designing and developing solutions within the Microsoft Power Apps platform; especially someone with experience in solutioning, configuring, and deploying cloud solutions with a passion for technology and problem-solving. The senior developer will collaborate with a mix of technical experts and architects, business/product owners, business analysts, technical writers, testers, and scrum masters in an Agile-Scrum environment.

Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Alexandria, VA
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Advanced degree is preferred.
7 years of experience overall as a Software Engineer with 4 years using Microsoft Power Apps and/or Dynamics for development.
3 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps: Canvas, Power Pages/Portal, and Model-driven app designs.
2 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying Microsoft Power BI reports.
2 years of experience in designing and developing interfaces and integrations among Microsoft Power Apps application and other applications such as .Net apps.
3 years' experience with relational database: Advanced SQL (recursive CTE, analytic functions, etc.), PL/SQL, or T/SQL along with stored procedures and functions.
3 years Microsoft Power Automate to automate workflows between applications and services.
3 years Implementing table-level security, record-level security, column-level security as well as teams and business unit security controls.
3 years Implementing environment level security with Microsoft's security and compliance, including data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
2 years Integration with Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, and REST data sources.
Experience with ASP.NET, MVC 4.0, C#, Java script, jQuery, Bootstrap, ADO.NET and AJAX.
Experience with DevOps, Agile-Scrum.
Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
Client Interaction experience: ability to communicate effectively with customers verbally and in writing.
Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership skills.
Effective team player with strong emotional intelligence - self-awareness, confidence, ability to manage conflict, and empathy.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Dynamics Portals/ADX Studio is a plus.
Enterprise business solution development and delivery.
Microsoft certifications.
Agile or Scaled Agile Certifications.
Responsibilities:
The person will be part of a scrum team, working with team members and the client to properly define use cases.
Lead the development of Power Apps and supporting MS Dynamics 365 cloud applications based on business requirements.
Develop complex applications using the Microsoft Power Apps and Dynamics 365 platforms with customization of entities, and sitemap writing client-side JavaScript.
Architecting business solutions based on SQL Server database, reporting and integration services.
Develop custom .NET components including WCF web services, dialog-based workflows, plugins and integrating custom web pages into Power Apps and Dynamics with MS database using web service methods.
Facilitate data migration across various entities (such as using LINQ and XRM Implement) and maintain access controls based on roles and access conditions.
Create custom entities and custom attributes for individual business units, in MS Power Apps and Dynamics according to their business process.
Configure and customize Power Apps and Dynamics using web-based administration tools (form layout, workflow design, Web Resource, Iframe and view creation, etc.).
Create Custom Workflow, Custom Actions, Business process flow, and Custom Forms using Power Apps and CRM.
Participate and support the DevOps and Agile-Scrum process by assisting with the development, estimating, and completion of assigned stories.
Work as part of a team to ensure the scope of each sprint is complete.
Other duties as assigned.
