The Market Research / Financial Analyst at PTI Technologies will be instrumental in supporting leadership and business development efforts by providing critical insights for informed decision-making in strategy and financial performance. Under the guidance of the Vice President of Business Development, this role will focus on forecasting orders and sales, developing robust three- and five-year projections that align with PTI's vision and core values. You will lead the preparation of monthly division reviews and ensure booking forecast accuracy, while actively researching market trends and competitor intelligence. Your expertise will drive growth by identifying key segments for M&A activity and reporting on market forecasts relevant to our Aircraft Systems businesses.

Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and managing the company's new Demand Forecast and S&OP processes, utilizing our CRM system and Where Used Database to ensure seamless operations and strategic alignment within the Business Development team.Requirements for this Market Research & Financial Analyst job

To excel as a Market Research / Financial Analyst at PTI Technologies, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science and 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis. Strong language skills are essential for interpreting customer documents and presenting information effectively, including the ability to create detailed reports and engaging PowerPoint presentations. Proficiency in Excel, particularly with spreadsheets and pivot tables, is crucial for executing mathematical calculations related to financial data, such as margins, ROI, and CAGR.

A robust understanding of algebra and investment analysis will support effective forecasting and financial performance evaluations. Strong organizational skills, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently, are important for managing workloads.
